Analisis Kebutuhan, Lay-out, dan Peralatan Container Yard Terminal Berlian, Surabaya

Abstract
Terminal Berlian merupakan terminal peti kemas domestik tersibuk di Kawasan Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Meningkatnya arus peti kemas dari tahun ke tahun membutuhkan peranan suatu Pelabuhan Peti kemas dengan kinerja yang lebih baik sehingga mampu menjamin kelancaran transportasi peti kemas. Analisis kebutuhan, layout, dan peralatan di container yard akan berdampak pada upaya peningkatan kapasitas saat ini dan masa mendatang. Dengan menganalisis arus peti kemas, fasilitas kinerja alat luasan lapangan penumpukan dan sistem penanganan peti kemas di layout lapangan penumpukan di Terminal Berlian. Maka dapat dipergunakan untuk menghitung luasan lapangan penumpukan yang dibutuhkan, sistem penanganan peti kemas di layout container yard dan kebutuhan peralatan di container yard saat ini dan 10 tahun kemudian. Studi ini menghasilkan jumlah arus peti kemas rencana yang masuk ke lapangan penumpukan Terminal Berlian adalah 493.368 TEU’s dan 10 tahun berikutnya 615.923 TEU’s, kebutuhan container yard di Terminal Berlian di tahun 2022 sebesar 48.727,65 m2 dan 10 tahun berikutnya sebesar 60.831,85 m2. Dari hasil simulasi layout didapatkan waktu maksimum penanganan peti kemas untuk proses muat sebesar 858 menit atau 14,3 jam dengan arus total 414 peti kemas dan waktu minimum sebesar 454,8 menit atau 7,58 jam dengan total 219 peti kemas. Sedangkan, untuk proses bongkar didapatkan waktu maksimum untuk penanganan peti kemas sebesar 390,7 menit atau 6,51 jam dan arus bongkar total 177 peti kemas dan waktu minimum dengan total waktu 161,95 menit atau 2,7 jam dengan arus total bongkar sebesar 78 peti kemas. Serta kinerja utilization alat yang digunakan di Terminal Berlian untuk Harbour Mobile Crane sebesar 48,9%, Rubber Tyred Gantry sebesar 69,8% dan Head Truck sebesar 82,5%.
