Pengaruh Sudut Single V Joint terhadap Laju Korosi, Kekuatan Tarik dan Struktur Mikro Pelat Baja A36 dengan Pengelasan SMAW Menggunakan Elektroda E7018 pada Lingkungan Laut

Abstract
Variasi sudut single V joint mempengaruhi deposit bahan tambah dan efisiensi sambungan pengelasan pada pelat baja A36. Sudut pengelasan 55°, 65°, dan 75° diuji dengan elektroda E7018, diameter 3,2 mm. Pengujian korosi menggunakan NaCl 3,5% sebagai media dengan laju korosi meningkat seiring peningkatan sudut pengelasan. Pada sudut 55°, laju korosi HAZ adalah 0.29 mm/year dan WM 0.36 mm/year. Sudut 65° memiliki laju korosi HAZ 0.94 mm/year dan WM 1.66 mm/year. Sudut 75° memiliki laju korosi HAZ 2.73 mm/year dan WM 6.55 mm/year. Pengujian tarik menunjukkan patahan pada base metal yang menunjukkan kecocokan pemilihan elektroda dan metode multipass pengelasan. Patahan juga terjadi pada weld metal akibat porositas. Sudut single V joint juga mempengaruhi ukuran butir pada HAZ dan weld metal dengan peningkatan sudut menyebabkan peningkatan ukuran butir. Transformasi fasa tidak terjadi dalam semua variasi sudut.
