Analisis Integritas Padeye pada Proses Upending Struktur Jacket

Abstract

Proses penegakan (upending) struktur jacket dari anjungan lepas pantai (Offshore Platform) di lokasinya di tengah laut menjadi salah satu proses yang menentukan keberhasilan fase instalasi anjungan lepas pantai. Makalah ini memaparkan analisis tegangan pada komponen padeye yang digunakan pada struktur jacket saat diinstalasi dengan metode lifting pada saat proses penegakannya. Proses upending dilakukan agar jacket berdiri tegak secara vertikal sebelum dipancangkan di tempatnya di dasar laut. Dalam penelitian ini, terlebih dulu dilakukan analisis global untuk mendapatkan gaya-gaya yang terjadi saat proses pengangkatan (lifting) jacket. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis tegangan lokal pada padeye dengan bantuan software berbasis Metode Elemen Hingga. Hasilnya menunjuk-kan bahwa tegangan maksimum pada struktur padeye saat proses upending struktur jacket adalah 172,85 MPa yang mana masih di bawah batas tegangan izin materialnya.
