Rancang Bangun DC-DC Converter untuk Pengaturan Magnet Stator pada Generator Sinkron

Abstract
Keluaran daya dari wind turbine bergantung pada kecepatan angin dan seringkali tidak optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengeluarkan daya yang optimal pada simulator wind turbine. Upaya untuk mendapatkan keluaran yang optimal dilakukan dengan mengatur magnet stator generator sinkron. Pengaturan keadaan medan magnet dilakukan sesuai masukan yang ada yaitu kecepatan elektromotor yang berperan sebagai turbin angin. Pemberian tegangan untuk pengaturan ini menggunakan DC-DC buck converter dengan pengaturan nilai duty cycle menggunakan algoritma hill climbing. Pengaturan setiap frekuensi elektromotor yang digunakan mulai dari 5 Hz hingga 40 Hz dengan kenaikan 5 Hz. Nilai duty cycle diatur sebesar 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, dan 90%. Hasil dari penelitian ini didaptkan bahwa rancang bangun DC-DC buck converter untuk pengaturan magnet stator telah mampu memengaruhi daya keluaran generator. Hasil keluaran daya aktif dari pengaturan magnet stator pada generator sinkron menggunakan metode Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) dengan algoritma hill climbing memiliki keluaran sebesar 52 - 402 Watt. Lonjakan daya yang besar pada frekuensi 15 Hz sebesar 721 Watt.
