Studi Potensi Obyek Wisata Pantai di Kabupaten Sampang

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui potensi wisata pantai dengan menggunakan teknik skoring dan integrated beach value index (IBVI) dengan parameter beach index (BI), knowledge index (KI), dan monetary index (MI) serta mengetahui permasalahan pengembangan pariwisata di Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Sampang yaitu Pantai Camplong, Pantai Toroan, dan Pantai Nepa. Berdasarkan pada nilai skoring, Pantai Camplong merupakan pantai dengan potensi paling tinggi, diikuti dengan Pantai Nepa dan Pantai Toroan. Sedangkan untuk nilai IBVI, Pantai Nepa mendapatkan rata-rata nilai tertinggi, diikuti dengan Pantai Camplong dan Pantai Toroan dengan nilai terendah. Pantai yang memiliki nilai potensi wisata terendah adalah Pantai Toroan dengan nilai skoring 19 dan nilai IBVI 0,81. Kurangnya sarana dan pra-sarana merupakan permasalahan dari ketiga pantai. Teknik skoring dan IBVI dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding untuk menentukan potensi wisata satu dengan lainnya, juga sebagai evaluasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas tempat pariwisata.
