Pengaruh Jarak Antar Dinding terhadap Distribusi Temperatur pada Inkubator Bayi Berdinding Ganda

Abstract
Inkubator bayi berdinding ganda mampu mengurangi resiko terjadinya kehilangan panas secara radiasi, konduksi, konveksi, dan evaporasi dalam membantu tercapainya NTE (Neutral Thermal Environment). Tujuan penelitian yang berbasis Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) ini adalah menganalisa aliran udara, distribusi temperatur, dan kelembaban pada inkubator bayi berdinding ganda dengan variasi jarak antar dinding. Hasil simulasi yaitu inkubator dengan modifikasi jarak antar dinding 2,5 cm dan 3 cm adalah yang paling baik karena mendekati nilai temperatur atur. Hal ini dapat mengurangi bahaya risiko terkena hipotermia pada bayi. Modifikasi jarak antar dinding tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecepatan aliran udara, kehilangan panas radiasi, dan kehilangan panas konveksi. Kehilangan panas konveksi tubuh bayi pada variasi jarak antar dinding sebesar 2,5cm dan 3cm cenderung meningkat 0,011 Watt hingga 0,13 Watt. Kelembaban relatif pada berbagai variasi jarak antar dinding juga identik. Perbedaaan antar variasi jarak antar dinding dengan berbagai pengaturan temperatur tidak lebih dari 1%. Pada pengaturan temperatur 35oC pada berbagai variasi jarak antar dinding memiliki kelembaban relatif yang lebih baik dibandingkan pada pengaturan temperatur lainnya.
