Perancangan Sistem Kontrol Trajectory pada Kondisi Gangguan Arus Laut Non Uniform di Ketapang-Gilimanuk

Abstract
Sebuah kapal yang berlayar pada dasarnya telah memiliki tujuan pelayaran. Tujuan pelayaran dari sebuah kapal telah ditetapkan sebelumnya dan direpresentasikan oleh suatu bentuk trajectory. Pada dasarnya, apabila kondisi gangguan relatif kecil, kapal masih dapat memenuhi trajectory-nya. Akan tetapi, apabila kondisi gangguan di laut secara mendadak berubah sewaktu-waktu (non uniform), maka kapal tidak dapat memenuhi trajectory-nya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sebuah kriteria sistem kontrol trajectory pada kondisi gangguan arus laut tidak statis di Ketapang-Gilimanuk. Perancangan sistem berdasarkan spesifikasi kapal Ferry Ro-Ro 1000GT. Kontrol logika fuzzy (KLF) yang digunakan adalah Sugeno-Takagi dengan masukan berupa error yaw, dan yaw rate sedangkan keluaran berupa aksi command rudder. Jumlah aturan pada KLF adalah 49 aturan dengan 7 fungsi keanggotaan pada masing-masing masukannya. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi secara keseluruhan, KLF yang dirancang mampu mengontrol dinamika kapal sehingga kapal tersebut mampu melawan arus yang ada dan mengikuti desire sesuai skenario yang telah dibuat dengan rata-rata error lintasan terkecil yaitu 0,328 m dengan nilai ITAE sebesar 246,016 pada saat kapal berlayar tanpa ada gangguan dan rata-rata error lintasan terbesar yaitu 7,43m dengan nilai ITAE sebesar 302615,11 pada saat kecepatan arus rata-rata mencapai 7knot.
