Evaluasi dan Peningkatan Performansi Lini Perakitan Speaker dengan Menggunakan Ekonomi Gerakan dan Line Balancing

Abstract
Lini Perakitan 1 pada Perusahaan Speaker dioperasikan secara manual. Lini ini dibagi menjadi dua sub lini yaitu Lini 1A dan Lini 1B. Pada lini ini, speaker tipe 12in ACR-1230 BLACK merupakan produk terbanyak yang diproduksi selama Tahun 2018 dengan rata-rata permintaan 1.238 unit per hari. Lini ini memiliki permasalahan ketidakseimbangan lini yang ditunjukkan dengan operasi yang menganggur atau bottleneck. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa performansi Lini Perakitan 1 masih rendah. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan evaluasi terhadap operasi yang bottleneck menggunakan perbaikan metode kerja dengan menerapkan prinsip ekonomi gerakan. Kemudian dari perbaikan pertama dilakukan penyeimbangan lini menggunakan Heuristic Line Balancing. Metode yang digunakan antara lain Largest Candidate Rule, Killbridge and Wester dan Ranked Positional Weight. Alternatif-alternatif perbaikan ini dipilih menggunakan value engineering yang telah dimodifikasi menggunakan parameter efisiensi lini keseimbangan dan biaya tenaga kerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk Lini 1A adalah alternatif perbaikan dengan ekonomi gerakan yang dikombinasikan dengan Line Balancing Killbridge and Wester atau Ranked Positional Weight dengan value sebesar 2,88. Sedangkan rekomendasi untuk Lini 1B adalah alternatif perbaikan dengan ekonomi gerakan yang dikombinasikan dengan Line Balancing Largest Candidate Rule atau Ranked Positional Weight dengan value sebesar 3,69.
