Perencanaan Sistem Distribusi Air Minum Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

Pada tahun 2019 masih terdapat 22 kecamatan di Kabupaten Jember yang belum tersentuh pelayanan air bersih PDAM, salah satunya adalah Kecamatan Arjasa. Kecamatan Arjasa sendiri dilewati oleh Sungai Bedadung yang berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber air baku. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut maka perlu dilakukan perencanaan sistem distribusi air minum di Kecamatan Arjasa untuk mencapai sasaran RPJMN yaitu pada tahun 2019 akses air minum aman 100%.. Dalam perencanaan ini digunakan proyeksi penduduk dengan metode geometri untuk memprediksi kebutuhan air pada tahun 2028. Unit pemakaian air masyarakat di Kecamatan Arjasa sebesar 100 L/orang/hari. Hasil perencanaan dianalisis menggunakan software WaterCAD v8i. Hasil analisis hidrolis menunjukkan bahwa diameter pipa yang digunakan berkisar antara 63mm hingga 400mm, sisa tekan di semua node diatas 11 meter. dan kecepatan aliran berkisar antara 0,41 m/dtk hingga 0,98 m/dtk. Analisis kelayakan finansial menggunakan metode Net Present Value (NPV) dan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR).
