Desain Modifikasi Struktur Gedung Hotel Sun Royal Menggunakan Sistem Balok Prategang dan Sistem Ganda

Abstract
Perencanaan Gedung Hotel Sun Royal yang terletak di kabupaten Badung, Bali setinggi 5 lantai yang menggunakan sistem beton bertulang konvensional pada keseluruhan lantai akan dimodifikasi menjadi 15 lantai yang dirancang dengan menggunakan beton bertulang pada keseluruhan lantai serta menggunakan beton prategang pada lantai 15 yang akan di desain menjadi ballroom tanpa ada struktur kolom di tengah ruangan sehingga ballroom menjadi lebih luas dan nyaman. Karena jika menggunakan balok beton bertulang yang akan menghasilkan dimensi yang lebih besar. Perencanaan gedung hotel Sun Royal ini menggunakan sistem ganda. Sistem ganda adalah salah satu sistem struktur yang beban gravitasinya dipikul bersama oleh rangka utama sedangkan beban lateralnya dipikul bersama oleh rangka utama dan dinding struktur. Rangka utama dan dinding struktur didesain sebagai Struktur Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) dan Dinding Geser. Perencanaan akan memenuhi persyaratan keamanan struktur berdasarkan RSNI 1726:2018, RSNI 2847:2018 dan SNI 1727:2013. Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa balok prategang pada atap memiliki dimensi sebesar 650×1000 mm dan gaya prategang awal sebesar 2500 kN. Kehilangan gaya prategang yang di alami oleh balok sebesar 20,9% dan tebal dinding geser sebesar 50 cm dengan special boundary element pada ujung-ujung dinding geser tersebut. Pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 25 meter.
