Prioritas Penanganan Kerusakan Jalan di Jalan Provinsi di Daerah Surabaya Selatan Ditinjau dari Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan dan Segi Ekonomi

Abstract
Perencanaan perbaikan jalan ini didasarkan pada kondisi ruas Jalan Joyoboyo, Jalan Gunungsari dan Jalan Mastrip mengalami permasalahan yang cukup kompleks dan kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh hal tersebut cukup besar terutama bagi pengguna jalan, seperti terjadinya waktu tempuh yang lama, kemacetan dan kecelakaan lalu lintas. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai prioritas penanganan jalan berdasarkan nilai kerusakan jalan, segi ekonomi, dan lalu lintas harian rata-rata. Perencanaan prioritas penanganan kerusakan jalan ditinjau dari tingkat kerusakan jalan dan segi ekonomi yaitu menganilisis nilai kerusakan jalan menurut Indrasurya dan P. Dirgalaksono 1990 dan nilai analisis ekonomi menurut N.D. Lea&Associates. Perhitungan untuk mengetauhi nilai analisis ekonomi yaitu menghitung biaya operasional kendaraan, Benefit Annual Cost, Benefit Cost Ratio dan nilai analisis kerusakan jalan didapat nilai total distresspoint (TDP). Hasil yang didapatkan pada perencanaan ini untuk menentukan prioritas penanganan kerusakan jalan yaitu prioritas pertama pada ruas Jalan Mastrip A dengan nilai TDP 388.875 dan BCR 3.65, prioritas kedua pada ruas Jalan Mastrip B dengan nilai TDP 632.625 dan BCR 1.06, prioritas ketiga pada ruas Jalan Gunungsari A dengan nilai TDP 258 dan BCR 1.06, prioritas keempat pada ruas Jalan Gunungsari B dengan nilai TDP 204.375 dan BCR 1.12, prioritas kelima pada ruas Jalan Joyoboyo B dengan nilai TDP 32.5 dan BCR 1.55, prioritas keenam pada ruas Jalan Joyoboyo A dengan nilai TDP 59.5 dan BCR 1.11.
