Penentuan Faktor Perubahan Penggunaan Lahan pada Kawasan Konservasi Mangrove Pamurbaya di Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kecamatan Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya

Abstract
Di Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kecamatan Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya banyak dari penggunaan lahannya diperuntukkan sebagai kawasan konservasi mangrove Pamurbaya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, terdapat perubahan penggunaan lahan di kawasan konservasi mangrove Pamurbaya khususnya di Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kecamatan Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya. Pada 18 Juni 2018, terdapat 686 kavling warga yang berada di kawasan konservasi mangrove Pamurbaya. Padahal, kawasan tersebut berada di kawasan peruntukkan konservasi. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini berfokus untuk menentukan faktor-faktor perubahan penggunaan lahan pada kawasan konservasi Pamurbaya yang terjadi di Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kecamatan Gunung Anyar, Kota Surabaya. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penentuan faktor perubahan penggunaan lahan pada kawasan konservasi mangrove Pamurbaya di Kecamatan Rungkut dan Kecamatan Gunung Anyar adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis Delphi.
