Abstract
Terjadi kerusakan jalan pada ruas Jalan Nganjuk – Bojonegoro. Tepatnya sepanjang 1,2 kilometer dari panjang total kurang lebih 6,2 kilometer, yang mengalami kerusakan cukup parah. Kerusakan tersebut terjadi akibat muatan kendaraan berat yang mengangkut material pada saat pelaksanaan pembangunan jalan tol segmen Nganjuk - Kertosono dan pembangunan jalan rel kereta ganda (double track). Selain muatan berlebih, kondisi saluran drainase pada ruas jalan tersebut tidak berfungsi secara maksimal, karena saluran juga berfungsi sebagai irigasi sawah sekitar. akan direncanakan perbaikan kerusakan perkerasan, dengan membandingkan secara menyeluruh antara perkerasan lentur dan perkerasan kaku. Perencanaan tebal struktur keduanya menggunakan metode Bina Marga 2017. Dengan usia rencana 20 tahun untuk perkerasan lentur dan usia rencana 40 tahun untuk perkerasan kaku. Dalam perencanaan, ada dua jenis data yang digunakan, yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Setelah ditetapkan tebal struktur untuk masing - masing jenis perkerasan, dilakukan analisis biaya awal konstruksi dan pemeliharaan, setelah itu memilih alternatif jenis konstruksi yang akan ditetapkan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisa, didapatkan jenis perkerasan kaku sebagai perbaikan kerusakan Jalan Nganjuk – Bojonegoro dengan tebal perkeraan lapis drainase 15 cm, lapis pondasi LMC 10 cm dan tebal plat beton 30,5 cm. Dengan biaya awal konstruksi dan pemeliharaan sebesar Rp 65.515.137.600.
