Penentuan Faktor Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal Industri Mebel di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kota Pasuruan

Abstract
Salah satu industri pengolahan yang paling dikenal di Kota Pasuruan adalah industri mebel yang berpusat di Kecamatan Gadingrejo. Namun, perkembangan industri tersebut masih mengalami karena laju pertumbuhan industri yang semakin menurun tiap tahunnya sehingga tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan variabel penting yang berpengaruh pada pengembangan industri mebel dengan konsep Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal (PEL) di Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kota Pasuruan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan industri mebel di Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kota Pasuruan dengan menggunakan analisis Delphi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan 13 faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pengembangan industri mebel di Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kota Pasuruan yaitu kualitas tenaga kerja, pemberdayaan tenaga kerja, perolehan bahan baku, ketersediaan bahan baku, kerjasama antar stakeholder, peran pemerintah, peran masyarakat, peran swasta, pemanfaatan teknologi, prosedur pengolahan, strategi pemasaran, permintaan pasar, dan sumber modal.
