Perilaku Generasi Z Terhadap Service Recovery pada Bisnis Online

Abstract
Generasi Z, kelompok generasi yang memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dengan kelompok generasi lainnya dan memiliki jumlah yang paling dominan di dunia pada saat ini. Generasi ini sangat dekat dengan teknologi sehingga juga dapat turut menjadi pelanggan potensial untuk bisnis online. Dengan potensi pasar untuk generasi Z, bisnis online perlu menunjukkan keseriusannya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Tidak hanya pada fase pembelian, namun juga pada fase pasca pembelian. Pada fase pasca pembelian, sering terjadi kegagalan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang seharusnya dirasakan oleh pelanggan. Maka, service recovery perlu dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa pelanggan tidak lagi merasa kecewa terhadap bisnis online. Penelitian ini melakukan penyelidikan terhadap perilaku generasi Z terhadap bentuk service recovery yang dilakukan pada bisnis online. Penelitian ini melakukan tabulasi silang untuk beberapa data demografi dan data usage dari 170 responden yang terlibat untuk memperoleh beberapa implikasi manajerial yang dapat memberikan persepsi positif tehadap bentuk service recovery pada bisnis online untuk para generasi Z.
