Identifikasi Kerusakan Berbasis Getaran Plat Sandwich pada Konstruksi Lambung Kapal

Abstract
Teknologi pada konstruksi bangunan kapal semakin berkembang. Salah satunya penggunaan plat sandwich pada bangunan kapal. Plat sandwich merupakan pengembangan material untuk menggantikan plat baja konvensional yang dapat digunakan untuk struktur bangunan kapal. Kelebihan dari plat sandwich sendiri meningkatkan kekakuan daripada plat baja konvensional, serta mengurangi berat dari struktur bangunan kapal agar dapat menambah kapasitas muatan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan identifikasi kerusakan berbasis getaran di bagian lambung kapal. Identifikasi ini dilakukan dengan metode elemen hingga (MEH). Peninjauan dilakukan berfokus pada besar ukuran kerusakan, lokasi kerusakan dan kondisi batas pada core material yang mempengaruhi frekuensi alami pada strukturnya. Plat sandwich yang digunakan pada penelitian ini memiliki face plate baja dengan core material dari bahan Polyurethane (PU) elastomer yang telah diuji pada penelitian sebelumnya untuk memenuhi standar klasifikasi yang berlaku. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada penelitian ini, diketahui nilai frekuensi natural menurun setiap pertambahan besar volume kerusakan buatan. Pengaruh dari perbedaan lokasi kerusakan pada setiap jarak yang menjauhi tumpuan jepit (clamped) nilai frekuensi natural semakin menurun. Identifikasi kerusakan dapat diprediksi dengan parameter frekuensi natural dimana kita dapat mengetahui seberapa besar kerusakan dan dimana lokasi kerusakan yang terjadi pada plat sandwich.
