Analisis Sistem Tenaga, Rasio dan Tingkat Transmisi pada Mobil Bertenaga Listrik Tipe Perkotaan atau City Car

Abstract
Mobil listrik sendiri memiliki tiga komponen utama yaitu motor listrik, transmisi, dan baterai. Transmisi merupakan salah satu komponen yang berfungsi untuk mengatur daya input dari motor dan output pada poros roda penggerak. Maka dibutuhkan transmisi dengan rentang rasio yang dapat menyesuaikan daya output dengan input pada kendaraan listrik dapat sesuai sehingga motor dapat bekerja pada efisiensi tinggi sehingga dapat menghemat daya energi dari baterai. Maka diterapkan sistem transmisi Continously Variable Transsmission (CVT) pada kendaraan listrik tipe perkotaan pada mobil listrik ezzy ITS II. Pada penelitian ini terdapat dua tahap yaitu tahap perhitungan dan tahap analisa. Pada tahap perhitungan dilakukan perhitungan terhadap gaya- gaya hambat yang berkerja pada kendaraan, RHP, pemilihan motor listrik dan baterai, perhitungan rasio, perhitungan nilai torsi dan rpm berdasarkan rasio. Pada tahap kedua yaitu tahap analisa, dilakukan analisa hubungan antara kecepatan pada driving cycle WHCV, rasio transmisi, dan daearh kerja efisiensi motor listrik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah didapatkan motor listrik dengan daya 35 KW dengan motor yang digunakan adalah motor YASA P400 Series, baterai yang digunakan empat baterai Li-Ion kapasitas 64V 20Ah, rasio transmisi CVT yang digunakan berada pada rentang rasio 0,336-3,928 berdasarkan kecepatan pada driving cycle WHCV. Didapatkan pada kondisi jalan perkotaan motor listrik bekerja pada efisiensi 88%-92%, pada kondisi jalan pedesaan 88%-92%, dan pada kondisi jalan TOL 90%-92%.
