Pengendalian Risiko Kecelakaan HSSE pada Proses Pembuatan Pipa Baja

Abstract

Steel Pipe Company (SPC) merupakan industri yang memproduksi pipa baja yang digunakan untuk menyalurkan migas. Berdasarkan data historis kecelakaan kerja terdapat total kejadian kecelakaan kerja sebanyak 72 kasus sehingga menyebabkan kerugian. Peneliti melakukan analisis risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja yang dilakukan secara sistematis untuk mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang ditimbulkan pada lingkungan kerja dengan menggunakan metode hazard
