Desain Antena Helix dan Loop Pada Frekuensi 2,4 GHz dan 430 MHz Untuk Perangkat Ground Station Satelit Nano

Abstract

Desain antena helix 2,4 GHz digunakan untuk downlink sedangkan antena loop 430 MHz digunakan untuk uplink satelit IiNUSAT-02. Namun dalam perkembangan penelitian terjadi perubahan frekuensi kerja untuk uplink satelit IiNUSAT-02 menjadi 436,5 MHz. Supaya Antena loop dapat digunakan pada satelit IiNUSAT-02 maka dilakukan perubahan frekuensi pada antena loop menjadi 436,5 MHz. Dari hasil simulasi menggunakan software CST 2012 untuk antena helix 2,4 GHz didapatkan nilai return loss sebesar -64,65 dB, VSWR 1,007, bandwidth 0,7 GHz, dan gain sebesar 7,4 dBi. Untuk antena loop 436,5 MHz didapatkan nilai return loss sebesar -37,608 dB, VSWR 1,02669, bandwidth 5,34 MHz, dan gain sebesar 8,91 dBi. Sedangkan dari hasil pengujian antena helix 2,4 GHz didapatkan nilai return loss sebesar    -26,364 dB, VSWR 1,184, bandwidth 0,33 GHz, dan gain sebesar 5,454 dBi. Untuk antena loop 436,5 MHz didapatkan nilai return loss sebesar -23,154 dB, VSWR 1,197, bandwidth 64,08 MHz, dan gain sebesar 4,148 dBi. Dari hasil simulasi dan pengujian memungkinkan antena tersebut dapat direalisasikan pada ground station satelit IiINUSAT-02.
