Pemodelan 3D dari Data Point Cloud untuk Inventarisasi HMASRS

Abstract
Kondisi yang tidak seimbang antara ketersediaan lahan dengan perkembangan pembangunan menyebabkan pemanfaatan lahan yang sebelumnya horizontal beralih menjadi vertikal. Kebutuhan tersebut mendorong berkembangnya kadaster 3D. Saat ini Indonesia menerapkan sistem kadaster 2D. Inventarisasi HMASRS menjadi penting dalam menunjang pengembangan kadaster 3D. Perlu cara terkini dalam melakukan inventarisasi tersebut, baik teknik survei maupun penyimpanan datanya. Cahyono dan Fuadi (2019) membuat pemodelan 3D pada bangunan vertikal yang dikombinasikan dengan pembuatan basis data kepemilikannya. Handayani dan Zakaria (2016) membuat model 3D bangunan candi menggunakan terrestrial laser scanner. Penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa penggunaan terrestrial laser scanner terbukti efektif dan mampu menghasilkan ketelitian yang memenuhi toleransi untuk pemodelan obyek dalam bentuk 3 dimensi. Penelitian ini akan membuat model 3 dimensi Tower Honolulu Apartemen Gold Coast Pantai Indah Kapuk, Kota Jakarta Utara dari data point cloud hasil pengukuran menggunakan terrestrial laser scanner. Pemodelan 3D akan dibantu oleh perangkat lunak terstandardisasi BIM. Basis data kepemilikan ruang dalam bentuk geodatabase menggunakan perangkat lunak berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). Model 3D akan diintegrasikan dengan geodatabase yang memuat informasi data kepemilikan ruang. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah informasi kepemilikan atas satuan rumah susun dalam bentuk peta interaktif 3D.
