Pengembangan Instrumentasi Surface Electromyogram untuk Pemanfaatan Sistem Kendali Kursi Roda Elektrik

Abstract
Kelumpuhan otot atau paralisis merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi di masyarakat khususnya pada pasien pasca stroke dan spinal cord injury (SCI). Penderita kelumpuhan akan mengalami kesulitan saat berkegiatan, sehingga dibutuhkan alat untuk membantu menunjang mobilitas sehari-hari yaitu kursi roda. Dalam penelitian kali ini akan dilakukan pengembangan rangkaian instrumentasi surface electromyogram. Penggunaan metode ini akan mengolah sinyal myoelectric dari otot flexor carpi radialis dan palmaris longus. Instrumentasi EMG digunakan untuk membaca dan merekam sinyal EMG. Pada pengujian instrumentasi didapatkan tiap blok rangkaian hasilnya sesuai dengan nilai cut-off yang telah ditentukan masing-masing filter, sebesar HPF 20 Hz, BSF 50 Hz, LPF 500 Hz dan LPF 2 Hz. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa amplitudo tertinggi rangkaian EMG ini berada pada angka 65 mV. Nilai amplitudo maksimum dan minimum dari pengujian pada 5 subjek yang terekam oleh instrumentasi EMG masing-masing adalah sebesar 65 mV dan 0 mV, dengan rata-rata amplitudo maksimal sebesar 64±1,00 mV. Perlu dilakukannya pengembangan rangkaian surface electromyogram lebih lanjut agar dapat menghasilkan nilai amplitudo yang lebih besar dan stabil.
