Analisis Kekuatan Transverse Corrugated Bulkhead Kapal Tanker Akibat Beban Buckling Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga

Abstract
Sekat bergelombang kerap kali digunakan pada kapal tanker dan kapal bulk carrier. Penggunaan sekat bergelombang dapat mengurangi potensi terjadinya kontaminasi muatan cair karena lebih mudah dibersihkan dibanding dengan menggunakan sekat berpenegar. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan analisis kekuatan sekat bergelombang akibat beban buckling yang diberikan secara aksial menggunakan metode elemen hingga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tegangan kritis dari masing-masing variasi model. Data sekat bergelombang diambil dari data konstruksi ruang muat kapal tanker 17500 LTDW dengan ukuran sudut lekukan 64o dan tebal pelat sekat sebesar 14 mm. Variasi sudut yang digunakan adalah 65o,70o, dan 75o dengan variasi ketebalan pelat 14 mm, 16 mm, dan 18 mm. Tegangan kritis terbesar terletak pada variasi model sekat bergelombang dengan sudut lekukan sebesar 65o dengan tebal pelat sekat 18 mm. Nilai tegangan kritis terbesar adalah 334.47 MPa. Berat konstruksi paling ringan terletak pada model sekat bergelombang existing dengan sudut lekukan sebesar 64o dan tebal pelat 14 mm yaitu sebesar 29.51 ton.
