Senyawa Lipid Spons Haliclona cymaeformis sebagai Biomarka dan Aktivitasnya terhadap Mikroba

Abstract


Perairan Pulau Talango Madura merupakan habitat bagi berbagai invertebrata laut. Spons Haliclona cymaeformis adalah salah satu spesies invertebrata laut yang dapat ditemukan di perairan tersebut. Spons Haliclona cymaeformis biasanya ditemukan dalam hubungan simbiosis dengan makroalga Ceratodictyon spongiosum. Analisis data kromatogram dan spektra massa pada setiap fraksi menunjukkan adanya senyawa lipid golongan fosfolipid dan glikolipid. Senyawa asam fosfatidat (3:0/18:3(6Z,9Z,12Z)) dan fosfatidiletanolamina (2:0/22:5(4Z,7Z, 10Z,13Z,16Z)) berpotensi sebagai biomarka. Ekstrak metanol dari spons Haliclona cymaeformis menunjukkan potensi aktivitas inhibitor pertumbuhan mikroba Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli.
