Spektra Fluorosens Darah Golongan O dan AB dalam Pelarut Metanol p.a dan Etanol 98%

Abstract


Darah telah di uji fluorosensinya untuk mendeteksi suatu penyakit. Spektra fluorosens yang dihasilkan darah berbeda tergantung kondisi lingkungan darah tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pelu dilakukan studi mengenai darah dengan spektrofotometer fluorosens untuk mengetahui spektra fluorosens darah. Penentuan spektra fluorosens darah golongan O dan AB dalam pelarut metanol p.a dan etanol 98% telah dilakukan. Hasil yang didapat adalah golongan darah O dan golongan AB memiliki spektra yang sama dalam pelarut metanol p.a. Dalam pelarut metanol p.a darah golongan O dan AB memiliki spektra eksitasi dengan puncak maksimum di panjang gelombang 210 nm, 255 nm, 277 nm dan spektra emisi dengan puncak maksimum di panjang gelombang 303 nm, 557 nm, 600 nm. Darah golongan O dan golongan AB memiliki spektra yang sama dalam pelarut etanol 98%. Dalam pelarut etanol 98% darah golongan O dan AB memiliki spektra eksitasi dengan puncak maksimum di panjang gelombang 221 nm, 257 nm, 342 nm dan spektra emisi dengan puncak maksimum di panjang gelombang 427 nm, 686 nm.
