Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kombinasi konsentrasi Media Ekstrak Tauge (MET) dan pupuk urea yang dapat menghasilkan kadar protein Spirulina sp. tertinggi. Kultur Spirulina sp. yang telah memasuki fase puncak pertumbuhan dipanen dengan metode filtrasi dan dianalisa kadar protein kasar dengan metode Kjeldhal. Kombinasi MET dengan pupuk urea terdiri dari P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, P9 dan P10 sebagai kontrol yang menggunakan pupuk walne. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisa dengan Dunnet menunjukkan bahwa P5 memiliki perbedaan nyata terhadap kontrol dengan kadar protein tertinggi dibandingkan dengan perlakuan yang lain yaitu sebesar 20,99%
