Korelasi Komunitas Nudibranchia dengan Komunitas Porifera di perairan Pasir Putih, Situbondo

Abstract
Studi ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai korelasi komunitas Nudibranchia dengan komunitas Porifera di perairan Pasir Putih, Situbondo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode belt transect (transek sabuk), dengan panjang 100 meter dan lebar 2 meter (1 meter ke sisi kanan dan 1 meter ke sisi kiri). Jumlah spesies Nudibranchia teramati pada studi ini 14 spesies Nudibranchia yang merupakan representasi dari tiga famili yaitu Phyllidiidae (10 spesies, 71.43%), Chromodoridae (3 spesies, 21.43%) dan Kentrodoridae (1 spesies, 7.14%). Kelimpahan total spesies Nudibranchia pada lokasi Batu Lawang, Teluk pelita dan Karang Mayit berturut-turut adalah 9 individu, 15 individu dan 14 individu. Nilai indeks H´ Nudibranchia sendiri di lokasi studi berkisar antara 1.195 hingga 1.748. Tingkat keanekaragaman Nudibranchia di lokasi penelitian termasuk dalam kategori sedang (moderate; 1 < H < 3).. Nilai korelasi Pearson untuk variabel kelimpahan Nudibranchia dengan kelimpahan Porifera adalah 0.344 sedangkan untuk variabel nilai H´ Nudibranchia dengan H´ Porifera adalah sebesar 0.348
