Abstract
PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero) saat ini menghadapi permasalahan utama keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek, permasalahan ini dipengaruhi oleh kecukupan modal serta kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Meningkatkan kualitas SDM menjadi tanggungjawab dari Divisi SDM, namun hingga saat ini Divisi SDM masih belum memiliki pengukuran di tingkat divisi oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan pengukuran kinerja Divisi SDM berbasis Balanced Scorecard dengan menurunkan langsung dari strategi perusahaan maupun rencana yang terdapat di Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) 2019. Dari hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan sepuluh sasaran strategis Divisi SDM lengkap dengan masing-masing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang telah dilakukan pembobotan. Kemudian dilakukan penilaian KPI pada tahun 2018, terdapat lima dari sepuluh KPI yang memiliki nilai pencapaian jauh dibawah target (zona merah), oleh karena itu dirumuskan action plan guna membantu dalam pencapaian target
