Pengaruh Sabut Kelapa Sebagai Media Pertumbuhan Alternatif Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) Terhadap Aktivitas Antimikroba

Abstract
Pengaruh variasi komposisi sabut kelapa sebagai media pertumbuhan jamur tiram putih (Pleurotusostreatus) terhadap aktivitas antimikroba telah diteliti. Varias ikomposisi serbuk kayu sengon dan sabut kelapa yang digunakan adalah 0:100 (SK-1), 25:75 (SK-2), 50:50 (SK-3), 75:25 (SK-4) dan 100:0 (SK-5). Jamur tiram putih diliofilisasi dan diekstrak dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol. Ekstrak metano lP. Ostreatus diujiaktivitas antimikroba menggunakan metode dilusi cair. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi antara variasi komposisi sabut kelapa sebagai media pertumbuhan jamur tiram putih mempengaruhi aktivitas antimikroba. Hasil uji antimikroba menggunakan metode dilusi cair menunjukkan % penghambatan tertinggi pada SK-3 sebesar 72,380 % terhadap B. subtilis, sedangkan P. aeruginosas ebesar 133,696%. Komposisi variasi SK-3 menunjukkan aktivitas antimikroba terbaik terhadap bakteri B. subtilis dan P. aeruginosa
