Efek Doping Ni dalam Sintesis Material Multiferroik BiFeO3 Berbasis Pasir Besi Dengan Metode Kopresipitasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempelajari efek dari pemanbahan doping Ni dalam material multiferoik BiFeO₃. Sintesis multiferoik BiFeO₃ didoping Ni telah dilakukan dengan metode kopresipitasi, berbasis pasir besi Blitar yang dikopresipitasi menjadi Fe₃O₄. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan variasi konsentrasi doping Ni 25% dan 50%; suhu kalsinasi dan holding time. Hasil sintesis dikarakterisasi dengan XRD (X-ray Difraction) dan magnetic susceptibility balance. Fase sekunder seperti Bi₂Fe₄O₉, Bi₂₅FeO₄₀ dan Bi₄₆Fe₂O₇₂ sering muncul sabagai impuritas. Dengan Range fraksi volum fase primer yang diperoleh 15,87% - 70.34%, dimana fraksi tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan sampel 0% Ni, suhu 500^oC dan holding time 1 jam. Ukuran Kristal yang diperoleh berkisar 29 – 54 nm.
