Sintesis dan karakterisasi Aurivillius Lapis Dua CaBi2Ta2O9 dan Aurivillius Lapis Dua BaBi2NbTaO9 dengan Metode Solid State
Abstract
Aurivillius lapis dua CaBi2Ta2O9 telah berhasil disintesis dengan menggunakan metode kimia padat sedangkan Aurivillius lapis dua BaBi2NbTaO9 belum terbentuk sempurna. Pembakaran dilakukan bertahap pada Suhu 400 °C selama 8 jam, 900 °C selama 2 jam, dan 1100 °C selama 12 jam. Fasa BaBi2NbTaO9 yang terbentuk berupa BaNbTaO9. Senyawa CaBi2Ta2O9 memiliki struktur kristal ortorombik dengan grup ruang Fm2m sedangkan BaNbTaO6 berstruktur monoklinik dengan grup ruang P21/c. Perubahan subtituen pada kation A (Ca, Ba) memberikan pengaruh berarti dalam pembentukan struktur Aurivillius sedangkan pada kation B (Ta2, NbTa) mempengaruhi intensitas dan suhu sintesis. Intensitas puncak yang dihasilkan menunjukkan kristalinitas Aurivillius CaBi2Ta2O9lebih tinggi daripada BaNbTaO6
