Penataan Kampung Strenkali Membangun Ketahanan Masyarakat dengan Desain Teknologi Perumahan Alternatif

Abstract

Munculnya pemukiman liar kumuh adalah salah satu dampak pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat di kota besar. Penataan kampung adalah salah satu strategi penanggulangan untuk masalah hunian liar dan kemiskinan kota yang dinilai paling cocok untuk diterapkan. Konsep penataan kampung mencakup pengertian perbaikan kualitas pemukiman kumuh (slum-upgrading), yang mencakup aspek sosial, ekonomi, ekosistem dan infrastruktur dari sebuah kampung. Selain itu, diperlukan inovasi teknologi dan metode pelaksaaan penataan kampung yang melibatkan peran aktif warga. Metode partisipatif sangat diperlukan demi kelancaran proses juga sebagai sarana edukasi terhadap warga untuk menjaga lingkungan tinggal demi mewujudkan peningkatan kualitas hidup bersama.
