Isolasi dan Identifikasi Jamur Kayu Lignolitik dari Vegetasi Mangrove Wonorejo

Abstract
Lingkungan Indonesia yang beriklim tropik dan lembab merupakan lingkungan yang ideal untuk pertumbuhan jamur. Salah satunya adalah Wonorejo yang merupakan kawasan hutan mangrove di pesisir Pantai Timur Surabaya. Daerah ini memiliki keanekaragaman tumbuhan mangrove, yang didominasi oleh tegakan mangrove Avicennia marina, Avicennia alba, Rhizophora mucronata dan Sonneratia alba. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui jenis jamur kayu yang hidup di vegetasi Mangrove Wonorejo. Eksplorasi dilakukan pada seluruh batang tanaman Mangrove di vegetasi Mangrove Wonorejo. Identifikasi dilakukan secara makroskopis maupun mikroskopis. Identifikasi jamur dilakukan menggunakan kunci identifikasi dari buku The Complete Encyclopedia of Mushrooms dan The Great Encyclopedia of Mushrooms. Hasil eksplorasi didapatkan 24 isolat jamur kayu yang terdiri dari 10 spesies jamur Basidiomycetes yaitu Climacodon septentrionalis, Climacodon pulcherrimus, Inonotus hispidus, Inonotus radiatus, Schizophyllum commune, Ganoderma applanatum, Piptoporus betulinus, Fomitopsis pinicola, Inonotus dryadeus, Inonotus rheades dan 1 spesies jamur Ascomycetes yaitu Daldinia concentrica
