Pemodelan Biaya Langsung Proyek Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi PT. X dengan Multivariate Regression

Abstract

Salah satu unsur terpenting dalam bidang konstruksi adalah perkiraan biaya. Kesalahan dalam pembagian biaya proyek akan berakibat pada kerugian saat pelaksanaan proyek. Pemodelan adalah salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk memperkirakan biaya proyek. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan biaya langsung proyek konstruksi menggunakan regresi multivariat. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari PT. X. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa durasi dan nilai kontrak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap biaya langsung material, manusia dan peralatan. Jika durasi proyek bertambah 1 hari dan nilai kontrak bertambah 1 miliar maka biaya material akan bertambah sebesar 0,19209 miliar, biaya manusia (upah) bertambah sebesar 0,02933 miliar dan biaya peralatan bertambah sebesar 0,04264 miliar.
