Pengendalian Kualitas Produk Air Minum Dalam Kemasan A3 Fresh O2 di CV. Karunia Jaya Menggunakan Diagram Kendali Improved Generalized Variance dan T2 Hotelling

Abstract
Kebutuhan air minum di Indonesia saat ini terus meningkat. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menyatakan bahwa setiap penyelenggara air minum wajib menjamin air minum yang diproduksinya aman bagi kesehatan. Saat ini, masyarakat lebih memilih untuk mengkonsumsi air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) karena dianggap lebih hemat dan praktis. CV. Karunia Jaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan penghasil AMDK. Perusahaan harus senantiasa menjaga kualitas produknya agar memperoleh kepercayaan konsumen, maka pengendalian kualitas sangat diperlukan. Melalui pengendalian kualitas produk terhadap variabel pH dan Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), menggunakan diagram kendali univariat Individual dan Moving Range diketahui bahwa variabilitas dan rata-rata proses belum terkendali dengan beberapa penyebab, salah satunya adalah kondisi bahan baku yang beragam. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dan evaluasi menggunakan diagram kendali Improved Generalized Variance dan T2 Hotelling, diketahui bahwa variabilitas dan rata proses telah terkendali secara statistik. Kapabilitas proses secara multivariat menunjukkan bahwa proses belum kapabel karena akurasi proses produksi yang rendah sehingga produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai dari target perusahaan. Meskupun demikian, produk yang dihaasilkan telah memenuhi syarat yang ditetapakan oleh Badan Standardisasi Nasional sehingga aman dikonsumsi masyarakat.
