Pengaruh Glomus fasciculatum Pada Pertumbuhan Vegetatif Kedelai yang Terinfeksi Sclerotium rolfsii

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pemberian Glomus fasciculatum terhadap Sclerotium rolfsii penyebab penyakit layu pada kedelai serta mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan vegetatif kedelai. Penelitian ini menggunakan perlakuan level dosis mikoriza yaitu 0 gram mikoriza dan tanpa jamur patogen, 0 gram mikoriza dengan jamur patogen, 10 gram mikoriza, 20 gram mikoriza, 30 gram mikoriza, 40 gram mikoriza, dan 50 gram mikoriza. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis 50 gram mikoriza G. fasciculatum merupakan dosis yang paling berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan kedelai pada berat kering akar yaitu sebesar 0,815 gram dan berat kering tajuk sebesar 7,0675 gram
