Pengendalian Kualitas Bahan Bakar Gas PT Indonesia Power UPJP-PGT Pasuruan Peta Kendali Univariate Berbasis Model Time Series

Abstract
PT. Indonesia Power Unit Pembangkitan dan Jasa Pembangkitan (UPJP) Perak-Grati merupkan salah satu perusahaan yang berjalan dalam jasa layanan pembangkitan listrik. Dalam pengoperasian pembangkit listrik, PT Indonesia melakukan perencanaan dan monitoring terhadap pemakaian bahan bakar gas. Pada saat ini, suplai gas yang ada seringkali tidak sesuai dengan target perusahaan, dimana supplai gas berada diluar batas spesifikasi diinginkan oleh PT Indonesia Power UPJP-PGT, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukannya pengendalian terhadap suplai gas yang masuk terutama gas yang berasal dari sumur Oyong dan sumur Wortel karena akan terdapat biaya tambahan yang harus dibayar oleh PT Indonesia Power UPJP-PGT jika melebihi batas spesifikasi yang telah disetujui. Metode statistik yang sesuai untuk melakukan pengontrolan pengendalian menganai permasalahan di atas adalah peta kendali Exponential Weighted Moving Varians (EWMV) dan Exponential Weighted Moving Average (EWMA) berbasis pada model time series, karena proses pemakaian gas di PT Indonesia Power berlangsung selama 24 jam setiap harinya, sehingga teridndikasi bahwa data pemakaian gas memiliki autokorelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pemakaian energi kedua sumur gas belum terkendali secara statistik, baik untuk varians proses maupun rata-rata proses.
