Pemodelan Dan Fabrikasi Modul Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) Berbasis Semikonduktor Bi2Te3 dengan Metode Penyusunan Thermoelement untuk Menghasilkan Daya Listrik

Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “pemodelan dan fabrikasi modul thermoelektrik generator (TEG) berbasis semikonduktor Bi2Te3 dengan metode penyusunan thermoelement untuk menghasilkan daya listrik” bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tegangan, daya dan efesiensi terbaik dari simulasi dan pengujian modul thermoelektrik generator. Variasi penyusunan thermoelement yang digunakan yaitu modul TEG dengan desain modul kesatu P-N, modul kedua P-P N-N, dan modul ketiga P-P-P N-N-N. Proses simulasi digunakan software Ansys 12.0 dan Solid Work 2013. Dilakukan simulasi dengan Open Circuit tanpa beban dan Close Circuit dengan beban satu Ohm. Dari simulasi dihasilkan nilai tegangan output, arus, dan daya. Pada proses pengujian dilakukan variasi yang sama dengan simulasi yaitu dengan Open Circuit dan Close Circuit . Dilakukan tiga kali pengulangan untuk setiap modul. Telah didapatkan besar tegangan keluaran maksimum pada perbedaan temperatur 100oKelvin yaitu pada modul kesatu sebesar 0,511±0,005 mVolt dalam kondisi sirkuit terbuka dengan keakuratan 93,7%. Hasil tegangan output tertinggi dari pemodelan sirkuit tertutup yaitu pada modul kesatu menghasilkan 0,452±0,001 mVolt. Didapatkan nilai daya keluaran tertinggi sebesar.0,204±0,005 mWatt pada modul kesatu dengan efisiensi 2,06% .
