Studi Gangguan Krom (III) pada Analisa Besi dengan Pengompleks 1,10-fenantrolin pada pH 4,5 secara Spektrofotometri UV-Tampak

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan studi gangguan ion Krom (III) terhadap analisa besi dengan pengompleks 1,10-fenantrolin pada pH 4,5 secara spektrofotometri UV-tampak. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mereduksi Besi (III) menjadi Besi (II), kemudian dikomplekskan dengan 1,10-fenantrolin. Kompleks diukur panjang gelombang maksimumnya menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-tampak, selanjutnya dibuat kurva kalibrasi, dan diuji pengaruh ion Krom (III) terhadap analisa besi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ion Krom (III) mulai mengganggu analisa besi pada konsentrasi 0,08 ppm dengan persen (%) recovery sebesar 94,34% dengan RSD 2,94 ppt dan CV 0,29%.
