Sintesis dan Karakterisasi Struktur Kristal Padatan Ca1-xCuxF2 dengan Difraksi Sinar-X

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan sintesis padatan CaF₂ dan Ca_1-xCu_xF₂. Padatan Ca_1-xCu_xF₂ disintesis dengan cara doping logam Cu ke dalam padatan CaF₂ (x= 0,025; 0,05; 0,075; 0,1 dan 0,15 mol). Padatan hasil sintesis kemudian dikarakterisasi struktur kristalnya dengan difraktometer sinar-X (XRD). Difraktogram CaF₂ hasil sintesis menunjukkan kesesuaian puncak dengan standar JCPDS-Internal Centre for Diffraction Data PCPDFWIN tahun 2001 dengan nomor PDF 35-0816. Difrakrogram padatan Ca_1-xCu_xF₂ menunjukkan puncak-puncak yang sesuai dengan CaF_2. Semakin besar mol doping logam Cu maka intensitas puncak Ca_1-xCu_xF₂ semakin turun
