Uji Kemurnian Dua Senyawa dari Ekstrak Metanol Kayu Batang Garcinia cylindrocarpa

Abstract

Dua senyawa murni berhasil diisolasi dari ekstrak metanol kayu batang tumbuhan Garcinia cylindrocarpa menggunakan metode kromatografi cair vakum, kromatografi kolom grafitasi dan kromatografi lapis tipis prparatif serta pemurnian menggunakan metode rekristalisasi. Karakterisasi senyawa menggunakan spektroskopi UV dan IR.
