Karakter Isolat Bakteri P1 dari Rhizosfer Tanaman Tebu (Saccharum officinarum)

Abstract

Rhizosfer tanaman tebu merupakan daerah yang ideal bagi bermacam-macam mikroorganisme tanah, salah satunya adalah bakteri. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah karakterisasi isolat bakteri dan genus dari kawasan rhizosfer tanaman tebu. Isolat yang digunakan adalah isolat yang diisolasi dari rhizosfer tanaman tebu. Selanjutnya dikarakterisasi bentuk koloni, bentuk sel, uji fisiologi dan reaksi biokimianya. Isolat bakteri P1 kemudian diidentifikasi genus dengan metode generic assignment menggunakan Bergey’s Mannual of Determinative Bacteriology.  Hasil identifikasi genus isolat bakteri P1 yaitu genus Bacillus.
