Analisis Survival dengan Model Regresi Cox Weibull pada Penderita Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Rumah Sakit Haji Sukolilo Surabaya

Abstract

Kota Surabayamerupakan salah satu daerah endemik DBD dengan kasus DBD tertinggi di provinsi JawaTimur. Jumlah penderita penyakit DBD selama februari-Maret 2011 berdasarkandata Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya tergolong cukup tinggi, yaitu mencapai 289orang. RSUHaji Surabaya adalah salah satu Rumah Sakit yang dituju oleh penderita DBD diSurabaya, sehingga dilakukan analisis survival dengan regresi Cox terhadapfaktor-faktor usia, jenis kelamin, hemoglobin, leukosit, hematokrit,  trombosit, suhu tubuh, dan pemberiantransfusi darah di RSUHaji Surabaya. Data waktu survival penderita DBD berdistribusi Weibull serta diketahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiketahanan hidup pasien melalui regresi Cox Weibull adalah faktor usia danhemoglobin. Dimana setiap pertambahan usia satu tahun pada pasienpenderita penyakit DBD di RSU Haji Surabaya maka kemungkinan untuk mencapailaju kesembuhan akan naik sebesar 0,97706 kali.
