Konsep Desain Aktif pada Rancangan Coworking Space

Abstract

Generasi Z memiliki kecenderungan sifat tenggelam dalam dunia maya dan individualis, sehingga diperlukan tempat kerja yang dapat mendorong mereka lebih aktif bergerak serta bersosialisasi. Hal ini berpengaruh pada bagaimana merancang bangunan arsitektural yang dapat mewadahi gabungan aktivitas fisik dalam kegiatan sehari-hari di dalam maupun dari luar bangunan. Makalah ini memaparkan proses merancang coworking space dengan merespon sifat kerja Generasi Z. Proses rancang menggunakan Design Active sebagai konsep utama serta metode context analysis dalam kerangka berpikir force-based. Rancangan bangunan berfokus pada penyediaan ruang kerja bersama yang dapat memperbaiki perilaku pengguna untuk hidup lebih sehat selama bekerja. Makalah ini juga menjelaskan implementasi Desain Aktif dan green building dalam rancangan coworking space dengan menguraikan parameter serta kriteria rancangan berbasis force-based framework.
