Preparasi dan Karakterisasi Membran Serat Berongga NiO-YSZ/LSM-YSZ yang Disiapkan dengan Kombinasi Metode Ko-Ekstrusi dan Dip-Coating

Abstract


Membran serat berongga (asimetris) NiO-YSZ/LSM-YS berhasil dipreparasi menggunakan kombinasi metode ko-ekstrusi dan dip-coating dengan tiga langkah utama yaitu: pertama membuat membran pendukung NiO-YSZ sebagai lapisan dalam dengan komposisi NiO (60%) dan YSZ (40%) menggunakan metode ko-ekstrusi, selanjutnya melapiskan LSM-YSZ sebagai lapisan luar dengan komposisi LSM (30%) dan YSZ (70%) menggunakan metode dip-coating dan dilanjutkan proses sintering dengan kenaikan suhu bertahap hingga 1400 °C. Membran NiO-YSZ/LSM-YSZ yang telah berbentuk compact selanjutnya dikarakterisasi SEM untuk mengetahui morfologi struktur makro dari penampang melintang, permukaan lapisan luar dan lapisan dalam membran. Serbuk membran dikarakterisasi menggunakan XRD. Membran juga di uji kuat tekan dengan menggunakan metode Three-point Bending dan menghasilkan nilai kuat tekan sebesar 219,43 MPa.
