Pemodelan Faktor yang Memengaruhi Angka Partisipasi Kasar SMA/sederajat di Papua Menggunakan Regresi Nonparametrik Spline Truncated

Abstract
Angka Partisipasi Kasar (APK) adalah proporsi anak sekolah pada suatu jenjang terhadap penduduk pada kelompok usia tertentu. APK dapat digunakan sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilan program pembangunan pendidikan. Pada tahun 2018, APK SMA/sederajat di Papua sebesar 63,26%, angka tersebut adalah yang paling rendah di Indonesia. Angka tersebut juga mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya. Adanya program wajib belajar 12 tahun, quality education dalam SDGs, dan penurunan nilai APK jenjang SMA/sederajat di Provinsi Papua, maka perlu dilakukan upaya peningkatan dengan mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi APK jenjang SMA/sederajat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi nonparametrik spline karena lima variabel prediktor dengan unit observasi sebanyak 29 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Papua tidak memiliki suatu pola tertentu. Didapatkan nilai GCV yang paling minimum sebesar 243,7483 dengan model menggunakan kombinasi titik knot (1,3,1,3,3). Pengujian asumsi residual menunjukkan semua asumsi terpenuhi dengan nilai koefisien determinasi atau R2 yang menunjukkan ukuran kebaikan model sebesar 95,86%. Variabel yang digunakan adalah pengeluaran per kapita, persentase penduduk miskin, transfer daerah bidang pendidikan, rasio murid-guru, dan rasio murid-sekolah.
