Laju Dekomposisi Serasah Daun Trembesi (Samanea saman) dengan Penambahan Inokulum Kapang

Abstract

Serasah dedaunan merupakan hasil dari aktifitas alami tumbuhan. Serasah daun dapat terurai secara alami, namun membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan laju dekomposisi serasah daun Trembesi, serta mendapatkan variasi kapang yang paling efektif untuk proses dekomposisi serasah daun. Isolat kapang yang digunakan adalah Trichoderma sp.1,  Pennicilium sp.3 dan Gliomastix sp.2, serta variasi konsorsium diantara kapang-kapang tersebut. Kemudian dihitung nilai laju dekomposisinya menggunakan persamaan Olson [1], lalu dianalisa dengan ANOVA Two Ways. Variasi inokulum kapang paling efektif untuk proses dekomposisi serasah pada daun Trembesi (Samanea saman), adalah perlakuan C4 (variasi isolat kapang Pennicilium sp.3 dan Gliomastix sp.2), dengan nilai 0,01382.
