Perancangan Kampanye Media Sosial Instagram ‘Youthoffers’ sebagai Channel Informasi Beasiswa Pendidikan Mahasiswa Indonesia

Abstract
Berdasarkan hasil riset Wearesosial Hootsuite yang dirilis pada Januari 2019 pengguna media sosial di Indonesia mencapai 150 juta atau sebesar 56% dari total populasi. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, masih banyak informasi beasiswa yang tidak akurat dan desainnya kurang menarik. Untuk membantu mahasiswa mendapatkan informasi beasiswa yang kredibel dan tata cara mendaftar beasiswa yang baik dan benar, maka dirancanglah sebuah kampanye sosial media Instagram Youthoffers sebagai channel beasiswa yang terpercaya untuk mahasiswa. Tujuan perancangan ini adalah mengkaji permasalahan mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan beasiswa, serta menemukan materi yang sesuai dan pantas untuk dijadikan bahan kampanye. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara studi eksisting video dan aplikasi beasiswa, depth Interview kepada ahli media dan digital marketing, stakeholder penyedia beasiswa YLI dan user untuk mendapatkan masukan tentang konsep karya dan pesan utama yang dibutuhkan. Kuisener online diisi oleh 203 pemuda dari >15 Kota di Indonesia untuk mengetahui inti masalah, preferensi media serta insight dalam pembuatan pesan kampanye yang efektif. Kampanye sosial media ini meliputi pembuatan 4 episode video motion grafis, 15 poster acara online, 12 podcast, 5 Ig live dan poster daily post yang jadwal pengunggahannya ditentukan dalam tenggat waktu tertentu. Dari hasil post-test terhadap karya melalui Insight Instagram, selama kurun waktu tiga bulan Instagram Youthoffers berhasil mendapatkan tambahan >5000 followers dengan profile visit rata-rata 7800 akun per dua minggu, 80-400 jumlah saved dan 4000 impression pada setiap post.
