Desain Furnitur Meja dan Kursi Multifungsi untuk Apartemen Tipe Studio

Abstract

Saat ini di beberapa kota besar, seperti Surabaya apartemen tumbuh bak cendawan dimusim hujan. Beberapa pegamat agen properti berpendapat bahwa jumlah unit apartemen sudah over supply, artinya sekarang ini, banyak unit apartemen yang masih ditawarkan kepada masyarakat. Namun furnitur existing khususnya pada tipe studio memiliki beberapa kekurangan, terutama dalam hal dimensi yang besar, dan hanya memiliki fungsi tunggal. Diantara sekian banyaknya furnitur apartemen yang ada dipilih beberapa yang memilki tingkat prioritas tertinggi, yaitu meja dan kursi makan, meja dan kursi kerja, serta meja dan kursi tamu. Desain furnitur yang multifungsi dapat mengurangi jumlah penggunaan furnitur sehingga menghemat space, namun tidak mengurangi fungsinya. Dari keseluruhan hasil yang dicapai, diharapkan memberikan nilai lebih pada apartemen di Surabaya
