Penerapan Fuzzy Expert System Sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Investor Properti

Abstract

Sistem pakar fuzzy adalah pro-gram komputer yang memberikan kemam-puan layaknya seorang pakar dalam mem-berikan solusi menggunakan know-ledge base logika fuzzy. Pada penelitian ini ter-dapat lima variabel linguistik yaitu harga tanah, ketinggian tanah, keasaman tanah, keramaian jalan, dan feng shui. Input diperoleh dari proses konsultasi dengan sistem pakar. Input berupa nilai crisp. Nilai input tersebut kemudian diproses fuzzifi-kasi-inferensi-komposisi-defuzzifikasi se-hingga terbentuk daerah kesimpulan, Output penilaian properti berupa nilai crisp pada interval [0,10] dimana terdapat lima nilai linguistik yaitu sangat baik, baik, sedang, buruk, dan sangat buruk.
