Karakteristik Aliran Panas dalam Logam Penghantar Listrik

Abstract

Aplikasi matematika banyak sekali dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satunya adalah analisa aliran panas yang terjadi pada logam penghantar listrik. Dalam tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai karakteristik aliran panas dalam logam penghantar listrik. Mulai dengan analisa persamaan aliran panas, penyelesaian dengan transformasi Laplace, simulasi dengan MATLAB dan visualisasinya dengan Surfer.  Sehingga diperoleh berbagai macam karakteristik logam penghantar listrik yang mempengaruhi perubahan panas dalam penghantar listrik. Dari hasil tugas akhir ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa logam tembaga cukup baik untuk dijadikan sebagai logam penghantar listrik karena sifatnya yang tidak menghasilkan panas terlalu besar namun memiliki daya hantar listrik yang cukup besar.
